Sustainability Leadership Meeting

Overview

Sessions will focus on sharing best practices and innovative strategies for environmental sustainability. Key topics include supporting the requirements of the DfE Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy, reducing our carbon footprint, integrating sustainability into the curriculum, and fostering pupil-led green initiatives. Participants will evaluate successful projects, challenges faced, and future goals. The meetings emphasise the importance of collaboration among schools to achieve common sustainability objectives and encouraged ongoing communication and resource sharing to enhance the overall impact of our efforts.

Director of Operations at ALP

Kim Hall

Kim is a Director of Operations at ALP, with responsibility for Estates, Sustainability and Risk. Her role spans capital investment, estates, health and safety, catering, risk, and sustainability across the trust. In addition to this, during her time at the Trust, Kim has also taken the lead on procurement activity over the last three years, driving financial efficiencies and compliance, social value initiatives for pupils and staff, and collaborating with organisations to support sustainability goals.
