Our Partners
Working with external partners brings a wealth of positive benefits, enriching our educational community and bringing diverse expertise, innovative ideas and essential support.
Through continuous professional development and collaborative endeavours with our partners, it is our mission to empower our teachers and leaders to become pivotal agents of positive change. Creating a shared platform for professional collaboration and growth ensures that the expertise needed to help our learners flourish is both found and grown within and beyond our Trust.
Collaboration with external partners is at the heart of our mission. We believe that by working together with a diverse range of organisations, we can provide unparallelled opportunities and benefits for our students and staff. Our partnerships span across educational institutions, professional experts and community organisations, each bringing unique expertise and resources to our schools. This collaborative approach not only enhances the quality of education but also fosters innovation, professional development, and a supportive learning environment. By nurturing these relationships, we ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for future success.
Strategic Partner: Evidence Based Education
Evidence Based Education is proud to be a strategic partner of the ALP Institute, supporting its mission to learn, empower and innovate. Together with ALP, we look forward to building a future where professional growth is embedded in school culture and every learner benefits from great teaching. – Professor Rob Coe, Director of Education at Evidence Based Education
Evidence Based Education is a teacher development, school improvement and research organisation, and the home of the Great Teaching Toolkit.
Evidence Based Education is our key partner in our mission to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. Their focus on data-driven approaches and evidence-based practices helps us make informed decisions that positively impact student outcomes. By working closely with Evidence Based Education, we have developed robust frameworks for assessing and improving teaching effectiveness. Their expertise in professional development empowers our educators to implement best practices and drive meaningful change in the classroom. This collaboration ensures that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to inspire professional excellence.
A great teacher is one who is willing to do what it takes to be demonstrably more effective next year than this. – Professor Rob Coe, Director of Education at Evidence Based Education
That belief sits at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about helping schools create the conditions for great teaching—through robust evidence, accessible professional development, and practical tools that support sustainable improvement.
What teachers know, do and care about is at the heart of the conversation at Advance Learning Partnership. Where others might seek ‘buy-in’ from teacher and leaders, the team at ALP encourages reflection, long-term thinking, and the building of belief. Belief in the power of CPD. Belief in teachers and leaders as pivotal agents of positive change. Belief that, through a shared language of great teaching and carefully constructed professional collaboration, the expertise needed to help their learners flourish will be found – and grown – within. – Professor Stuart Kime, Director of Education at Evidence Based Education
