Overview
A visual walkthrough of the new Sickness Absence Dashboard. The dashboard allows in depth and live analysis of staff sickness absence. The analysis allows school leaders to pro-actively plan for absence, inform the school’s wellbeing strategy and support staff in sustaining a successful return to work from any absence.

Employee Services and Payroll Officer
Emma has substantial experience and expertise in employee services and payroll processing. CIPD qualified, she possesses excellent knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration, with a strong understanding of delivering accurate and efficient employee support services. Emma is dedicated, professional, and driven to ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, first-class HR service.
