Overview

These sessions provide opportunity for Senior Leaders with responsibility for ‘raising achievement’ to collaborate with others.  Leaders will reflect on their own school strategy and share the most effective practice with colleagues. 

Our Aims

• Develop understanding of national educational policy and how these influence the delivery of the school curriculum. 

• Provide opportunity to expertly analyse your own school performance outcomes to identify strengths, developments and school priorities. 

• Promote collaboration and best practice sharing across the Trust, creating opportunities for Senior Leaders to refine plans and drive raising achievement in their own school.

Trust Improvement Partner

Dave Nelson brings a wealth of leadership expertise as former Headteacher of Dene Academy and a highly respected Mathematics specialist. In his current Trust role, he works closely with Headteachers and senior leadership teams to raise achievement, while also leading Mathematics across ALP to drive excellence and impact across our schools.
