Pupil Progress – Learning from each other in our first and second year.

Overview

This is an opportunity for schools using Pupil Progress, either in their first or second year, to work collaboratively, share expertise and ask questions on the implementation of Pupil Progress in their schools. Learning how to use data in schools to be a culture of evidence informed practice and data informed conversations which results in students receiving timely and personalised support.

Our Aims

· Empower Pupil Progress leads to strengthen their knowledge and leadership of the platform.

· To share best practice to develop and improve assessments and reporting.

· To use data to improve teaching and learning

· To shift our thinking from ‘What is the data?’ to ‘What do we do with it?’

Strategic Leader for Geography across the ALP Trust

Virginia Stone

Virginia Stone is the Strategic Leader for Geography across the ALP Trust. With 25 years of experience teaching both GCSE and A-level Geography, she brings a deep and nuanced understanding of the subject to every aspect of her work. Having served as Head of Department for over 20 years, Virginia has a proven track record of effective leadership, curriculum innovation, and sustained academic excellence. She is also an experienced AQA GCSE Geography marker, which informs her keen insight into assessment standards and student performance strategies. In her current strategic role, Virginia provides expert support to both secondary and primary schools across the Trust.
