Opt-In Coaching for Raising Attainment in Year 11
Overview
“Great coaching is not about fixing a problem, but about expanding a person’s thinking so they can find their own solutions.”
This CPD offer is designed to invest in teachers by developing their reflective thinking and professional confidence. Through one-to-one conversations, staff are paired with an instructional coach to identify barriers and generate their own effective strategies for raising attainment. Coaching sessions are personalised, flexible, and responsive to individual needs. The programme aims to create sustainable improvements in teaching practice and student outcomes, while also supporting staff who are motivated to progress in their professional development.
Coaching conversations will be scheduled flexibly based on staff availability and individual need
