Overview

The induction event for new staff joining Advance Learning Partnership in September 2026 will provide an introduction to our organisation. It aims to familiarise new employees with our mission, values, and culture. The event will include presentations from Kelvin Simpson (Chief Executive Officer), Claire Oates (Chief Operating & Financial Officer) and Nathan Powell (Director of People). You will have the opportunity to meet colleagues, learn more about our organisation and the range of employee benefits you can access.

Our Aims

· To familiarise new staff with the mission, values, and culture of Advance Learning Partnership

· To introduce new employees to key leaders and colleagues

· To provide an overview of the various departments and their functions

· To inform new staff about the range of employee benefits available

· To ensure a smooth transition into the organization by equipping new employees with necessary knowledge and resources

Nathan is an experienced education leader with over 26 years in the sector, including 15 years in school leadership, specialising in people management, organisational development and HR strategy. Nathan brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, school improvement, organisational change and employee relations, alongside a collaborative and people-centred approach grounded in professionalism, resilience and strong relationship building.
