Early Career Teacher
ECTs…what’s different in Year 2?
Overview
This training supports Year 2 Early Career Teachers as they move into the next stage of their development within Advance Learning Partnership. The session will explore what is different in Year 2, including increased confidence, growing professional independence and the continued importance of purposeful reflection. Participants will consider how to build on the foundations established in Year 1, refine classroom practice and make effective use of mentor support, professional learning and evidence-informed approaches. The training will also provide an opportunity to reflect on progress so far, identify priorities for the year ahead and strengthen a sense of professional identity within the Trust.
Our Aims
