Creativity & Innovation in AI

Overview

This course supports proficient AI users to explore creative, ethical and purposeful applications of AI in education. Workshops will focus on innovative and creative uses of AI pillar of the ALP Digital Technology and colleagues will trial practical approaches, share emerging practice and consider how AI can enhance teaching, learning and professional practice across ALP schools.

    Apply AI tools confidently to enhance curriculum thinking, planning and professional practice.

    Share ideas and examples that support innovation across ALP schools.

    Reflect on how AI can be used safely, creatively and effectively in participants’ own settings.

Jake Burdis

Jake is an experienced teacher educator and researcher whose PhD focuses on how teachers are using generative AI tools to reduce workload and improve teaching practice. He works closely with schools to explore evidence-based, ethical implementation of AI in the classroom.
