Admin Team Network Meetings
Overview
These events will encompass updates from all teams within ALP Central Support, the sharing of information relating to Trust contracts, sharing best practice and the opportunity to discuss any issues relating to administrative processes followed in our schools.
Training will also be delivered by guest speakers in order to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of our admin teams.
Our Aims
- Empower office staff to acknowledge and share their own expertise and embed collaborative working across the teams.
- Create strong performing cultures in our schools, with high expectations for all staff.
- Enrich and develop the knowledge and understanding of the role of our admin teams through presentations from industry experts, regular advice and guidance, resources and discussion, and the sharing of best practice.
- Inspire admin staff to consider how to further develop their role within the school community.

Kim Hall
Director of Operations at ALP
Kim is a Director of Operations at ALP, with responsibility for Estates, Sustainability and Risk. Her role spans capital investment, estates, health and safety, catering, risk, and sustainability across the trust. In addition to this, during her time at the Trust, Kim has also taken the lead on procurement activity over the last three years, driving financial efficiencies and compliance, social value initiatives for pupils and staff, and collaborating with organisations to support sustainability goals.
