Leading Behaviour & Attitudes (Secondary)
Overview
Our Behaviour and Attitudes network is a collaboration between all Secondary schools within the Trust to share good practice and develop provision. During the training workshops we will discuss and shares practice and development on all aspects of our inclusive provision, whilst reviewing current positions across the schools and Trust.
Our Aims
· Strengthen provision and leadership and embed excellent practice across our schools.
· Create strong performing cultures in our schools, with high expectations for all pupils.
· Enrich and develop leaders’ knowledge and impact.
· Provide opportunities for collaboration across our schools, including partnerships with colleagues who share similar goals and aspirations.

James Keating
Executive Headteacher at Greenfield and Trust Improvement Partner for Behaviour & Attitudes
James brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role of Course Leader. James has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic leadership and driving improvement across multiple schools within the Trust. His experiences include leading teams, developing inclusive behaviour cultures and contributing to school improvement initiatives.
